Fast and furious earn more than $ 1.5 billion so far which is the 3rd highest grossing of all time till it was passed by Star Wars Force Awakens. It received praise from critics as well as fans. So film was both critically and commercially scussesful. But sadly Paul Walker died during the shootings of the movie. But with the ending of the Furious 7 and raised some burning questions. Can the series continue following the death of Paul Walker? Should the series tell more stories in the lives of these now iconic screen characters or is it time to end one of the best movie franchise.News has been coming out about the eighth Fast and Furious movie since Furious 7 was released. But the leading star Vin Diesel took to the stage of CinemaCon recently and confirmed that Fast & Furious 8 is happening, and will reach theaters on April 14, 2017 .

Fast 8 an American action film directed by Gray and written by Chris Morgan . It is the eighth installment in The Fast and the Furious franchise . The cast currently consists of Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson , Michelle Rodriguez , Tyrese Gibson ,Chris Bridges , Lucas Black , Kurt Russell and Jason Statham. James Wan confirmed that the original ending of Furious 7 would have led to new storie after the death of Paul Walker. As I mention above plans for an eighth installment were first announced in March 2015 when Diesel appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and announced that the film would be set in New York .
After setting an initial release date in the same month, casting took place between April and June 2015, with the remaining cast yet to be rounded out. In October 2015, Gray, best known for directing Straight Outta Compton (2015), was announced to direct the film in place of James Wan , who had directed the previous film. Principal photography began in March 2016 in Mývatn ,Iceland , with other filming locations set to include Cuba, Atlanta and New York. New comers like Scott Eastwood and Charlize Theron are also confirmed for the movie. Scott Eastwood will operate under Kurt Russell's character in the film and Charlize Theron will play the film's villain.Car fanatics can expect to see classic American cars in the eighth installment. While shooting in Havana, some of the country's 1950s-vintage Chevrolets, Cadillacs and other classic Detroit iron into the action sequences.
Still the details of the plot have not yet been revealed. But Diesel chimed in that F8 sounds like " Fate ," something he said Walker always believed. So stay tuned to this post to know about the story.

One was wounded and the other mortally injured.In late-April, filming began in Cuba's capital city Havana .Filming will commence in Akranes in Iceland's western region in April 2016, where the country's largest-ever explosion will be carried out for the film. Now filming is scheduled to take place in Cleveland, Ohio and New York city.
The eighth film in the Fast and Furious franchise is set to hit theaters on April 14, 2017, followed in two-year release date increments for the ninth and tenth installments, slated to bow April 19, 2019, and April 2, 2021, respectively.Furious 7 proved to be a global success when the film became the first Universal project to make it to the $1 billion mark in its original run and later it crossed the $1.5 billion mark.
